SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
  • You must use FTP client software like Fetch (Macintosh) or WS_FTP (Windows). These shareware programs require you to purchase them if you continue to use them. Fetch can be downloaded from www.fetchsoftworks.com and WS_FTP can be downloaded from www.ipswitch.com.
  • Please compress your files into an archive.
    • Macintosh Systems:
Use Stuffit Deluxe to create a file archive and then encode it with BinHex. Or, using the built-in Macintosh OS X zip archive make a zip file (Put your files in a folder and give that folder a short but meaningful name. CTRL-Click that folder and choose Create Archive of... from the context-sensitive menu. This will generate an OS X zip archive. Note: zip files sometimes destroy the usability of fonts.)
    • Windows Systems:
Make a zip archive (WinZip is an excellent shareware program for this).
  • Filenames should be no longer than 32 characters (less is preferable). Do not use / or \ or other non-alphanumeric characters in filenames.
